COMMUNICATIONS:  No report.

Discussion about "group" purchase of digital radios since MECA has dropped Analog. Not enough orders were indicated to get smallest discount; will leave it to individuals to buy their own.

THE "REAL" STATION 12:  Front bricks between bay doors were tagged recently by spray paint. Jerry and Mark succeeded in removing some of it. Jerry will contact Shops or contractors about brick wash for total cleaning.

Heating bills are probably increasing this winter. No more ways to reduce exposure known. Will check contract with Wishard Hospital to see if there is a clause for rent increase to absorb some of the difference.  Mark will check with Dave B. and Chief Steve Auch.

The Salvation Army canteen is at Division HQ on Meridian St. still needed for flood relief duty. If needed for rehab, we must contact Bert and he will make a unit available.

The Salvation Army will be getting new office and warehouse space from a vacant building near Georgetown and Lafayette Rd., moving early 2009. Canteens will probably go there permanently.
